Getting started:

• Take a tour of Quintilian School with our Principal or Registrar.
• Tours run weekly on Tuesdays and monthly on Thursdays at 9.30am. Book your place here.

The Application for enrolment Form_2024 should be completed, signed and emailed to the registrar.

When making an enquiry please have the following information at hand:

• Your visa grant notice number and status.
• Expected date of commencement for schooling.

Apply:

• The Application for enrolment Form_2024 should be completed, signed and emailed to the registrar.
• Application fees can be paid electronically.

Tour:

• A tour and interview will be conducted upon your arrival.
• Please make time  for a tour of the school (if you are already in Australia or visiting Perth prior to moving here). Tours provide an excellent opportunity for you and your child to view the school in action and to ask any questions you may have.

Enrol:

1. Receipt of your application will be acknowledged in writing.
2. Available places are allocated based on the School’s protocol and enrolment policy. The minimum period of enrolment is one school term (ten weeks).
3. Prior to an offer letter being sent, all student documentation must be returned.
4. If your child receives a letter of offer, their place is confirmed. Enrolment fees can be paid online.

Offers of enrolment are made as places become available. A waiting list is available for expressions of interest in places that are unavailable for current years, or for enrolment in future years.

• The application fee of $300 is non-refundable and applies to all applications.
• The enrolment fee of $2500 applies once only per family from Pre-Primary to Year 6. It is not required for families with the eldest child in Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten.
• A refundable bond of $1600 is paid per student and is returned when the student leaves the school, if they provide at least one school term’s written notice of leaving.
• A reduction of 10% on the tuition component of the fees is offered for a second child attending the school, and 15% for a third or additional child.

Orientation Mornings for new students

The Orientation Morning is held in late November and is an opportunity for new and existing students to meet one another and their teacher for next year.

Invitations are sent to each new child and their parents, asking them to join us.

Parents are also welcome to stay for a cup of tea.

Notification_of_leaving_form

Parents/Guardians must provide written Notice of Withdrawal at least one school term prior to the first day of the term that they will leave.

The student bond will only be returned if the written Notification_of_leaving of enrolment is given to the Principal and/or Registrar in this time frame.

Please note these important dates in regards to wanting to withdraw your child from the school, for any reason.

Following are the applicable dates for 2024:

If your student is not continuing at the school in the following year, notice must be in by the final day of Term 3.
